In particular, focus is on critical health information systems, chronic care and social computing fields. Also, attention is paid to the activation of the key stakeholders, i.e., health professionals, health business sector and ICT industry.
The programme has the honour to include the participation of Mr. Gerard Comyn (Acting Director - Directorate H: ICT addressing societal challenges and Head of Unit H1: 'ICT for Health', DG Information Society and Media, European Commission), and Mr. Pablo Rivero (Director General of the Quality Agency, Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs, Spain). The Workshop, and by extension Inforsalud09, are well suited for experts networking and the search for Spanish partners.
