The Good eHealth project will feature the chronic disease management system "Thrombosis Digital Logbook", The Netherlands and the "Telecardiology service in Lombardy", Italy at the Med-e-Tel conference in Luxembourg.
The good eHealth session will take place on Thursday 17 April 2008 from 9.30 am - 11.00 am (conference room 3) as part of the "efficiency in eHealth" stream.
