Objective

This 7th Framework project intends to prepare the Health Community across Europe for more systematic, comparable and large scale quality assurance and certification of e-Health products (with a special emphasis on Electronic Health Care Record systems).

How does the project intend to reach that goal?

By building a Network of interested and involved stakeholders around the theme.

By translating, validating and customising the EuroRec certification criteria in 24 countries with a focus on prescription and medication management and on patient summary services.

By organising in 2009, 2010 and 2011 local workshops, national coordination and educational meetings and the Annual EuroRec Conference addressing the theme of the project.
